In addition to combining an extraordinary product line with exceptional customer service, we continually seek new ways to be seen as an invaluable resource by all design professionals who shop with us. To that end, all qualified members of the Design Trade Program currently enjoy the following features and tiered benefits:
Tier 1: 15% discount when an order subtotal reaches $250*

Tier 2: 15% discount and upgrade to expedited shipping on eligible items when an order subtotal reaches $2,500**

Tier 3: 15% discount, upgrade to expedited shipping on eligible items, and free ground shipping when an order subtotal reaches $5,000***

To qualify, please complete the online application and submit at least two of the following documents by email:
- Copy of state business license
- Current and completed resale certificate
- Business card indicating design profession
- Current copy of professional design association membership

The Terms & Conditions described below set forth the stipulations of the Moniker Home Design Trade Program. Moniker Home may change this program and/or the Terms & Conditions on occasion. All revisions take effect immediately and your continued use of the Moniker Home Web site as a Design Trade Program member establishes your acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
A qualifying order total is calculated based on the order subtotal before applicable taxes, item handling fees, elective ship options or shipping charges are added. Benefit tier qualification is based on an individual order and may not be combined with previous purchases to qualify for a higher level of benefits. The 15% discount will be applied to an order subtotal (or to all eligible items for discount within a qualified order) and is not applicable on taxes or any shipping and handling charges. Returned items will be deducted from the respective purchase subtotal and may thereby reduce a given order to a lower tier of benefits.
*In rare instances, there are some products that are excluded from trade pricing or other program benefits. These limited exclusions will be noted under an item’s product description and will not display a trade price.
**This benefit is in addition to the 15% trade discount. The $25, per-item, expedite fee(s) will be removed on all orders subtotaling over $2,500 (when requested and available for an item). Please note that all eligible items are designated by an expedited “ship option” before adding the item to the shopping cart. Backordered products or items requiring truck delivery, white glove delivery, or freight handling are excluded. “Expedited shipping” refers to the quicker departure of in-stock items from the warehouse. While this valuable option does significantly shorten an overall expected delivery timeframe, it does not imply the use of air shipping. All items are shipped using ground transportation unless otherwise noted.
***This benefit is in addition to the expedited shipping and 15% discount described above, on all orders subtotaling over $5,000. Items requiring truck delivery, white glove delivery, or freight handling are excluded from this particular benefit. However, these excluded items still count towards qualifying a given order to a higher tier of benefits.
Membership is contingent upon the timely receipt of accurate credentials along with completion of an online application and acceptance of all terms and conditions. Moniker Home reserves the right to make membership determinations using our sole discretion. Typically, approved members will receive an email confirming membership, benefits, and site login information within one business day. Username and password information is non-transferable or to be used for personal purchases. Misuse of program benefits may result in immediate membership termination. Moniker Home reserves the right to revoke a membership if any terms or conditions are violated. Moniker Home also reserves the right to make changes to or cancel this program, with or without prior notification to program members. This program is not valid on sale items, previous purchases or on gift cards. The trade discount is not redeemable for cash. The Moniker Home Design Trade Program benefits cannot be combined with any other promotion or store discount. This program does not apply to custom furniture/ showroom purchases and is only available when ordering online, emailing a formal purchase order to trade@monikerhome.com, or by calling 323-731-5400.
